You are welcome to contact me by phone, email or text, where we would arrange to meet for an initial consultation. This provides an opportunity to discuss the issues that you are struggling with, what your expectations from counselling are and to make sure you feel comfortable with me before deciding to begin working together. Subsequent sessions would be held weekly, on the same day at the same time, and would last for 50 minutes. In order to secure your session time, I ask that the initial consultation fee be paid 48 hours prior to the appointment. Once payment is received, your session is confirmed. On-going sessions can be paid for either in advance or on the day of your session by bank transfer, cash or card. I offer both short term and long term counselling and psychotherapy, depending on the individual needs of my clients.

The West Street Counselling Centre is a quiet, private practice, situated in the main retail and business area of West Street, Fareham, a 10 minute walk from Fareham train station and 5 minute walk from Fareham Bus station. Free on street parking is available in nearby Western Road for 2 hours and the nearest pay & display cark park is available at the Malthouse Lane, a couple of minutes walk from the practice. We are next door to Papa John's Pizza, on the junction of Kings Road and Osborn Road South, with the traffic lights directly outside.

Central Fareham can be accessed from junction 11 of the M27 motorway.
